2. AI-Generated Music
Please note that all music on Sanctus Music, including that which is AI generated, is considered original content and is protected under copyright law. Any claim of copyright infringement regarding our AI-generated music should be submitted following the same procedures outlined above.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your Contact Information: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Removed Content: A description of the content that was removed or disabled and its location on the website.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if you are located outside of the United States, a jurisdiction where Sanctus Music may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original DMCA notice.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your signature or digital equivalent.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
